ChildSafe's Therapy Groups We are the only non-residential facility in Larimer County offering group therapy for treatment of sexual abuse problems. Our groups have proved to be an important and beneficial addition to individual and family therapies. Individuals and families can participate in ChildSafe groups even if they receive services from other therapists in the community. Our regular groups meet once a week in the ChildSafe building (1031 Robertson Street). Grade-school and junior-high victim groups meet throughout the school year; other groups meet as specified. In addition to our regular group sessions, we periodically offer a special Parenting class at the Larimer County Child Advocacy Center (5529 S. Timberline Road). Called "Parenting Traumatized Children with Love and Logic", this 10-week class is available to our clients as well as other individuals and couples in the community. Free babysitting is provided. ChildSafe is a nonprofit agency. We accept Victim Compensation, health insurance, and private pay. A sliding scale based on income is available.
