The menu:

• Autumn Salad: Arugula, roasted butternut squash, walnuts, pomegranate seeds with raspberry vinaigrette or creamy spiced miso dressing.
• Korean Braised Chicken Thighs: Served with coconut rice and stir fried vegetables.
• Mojito Salmon: Poached salmon with mojito butter, Cuban black beans, sautéed spinach.
• Red Lentil Curry: Served over jasmine rice with bok choy (vegan).
• Dessert: Six-layer dark chocolate cake and five-layer strawberry cheesecake for dessert.
